The Villas Spacious Decking
The villa consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-plan great room and fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer).
The great room opens up on to the upper level deck, offering spectacular 180 degree views from Gun Point in the West (with St Thomas in the distance), Jost van Dyke in the North and Cannon Point in the East.
A second, even larger deck is situated on the lower level, along with the add - on optional studio, which can accommodate a further two guests and is ideal for teenagers.
Rates are $240 per day (Summer), $300 per day (Winter) and #340 per day (Christmas, New Year and Easter), based on up to four guests. The studio is available to Villa guests only at an additional $50 per night.
